This waterfall on the
Franklin River, in the nearby State Forest is only a short descend away from the
south-west corner of farm.
To locate it on the map, please see the zoom level 5 here.
There are many rockpools and smaller waterfalls nearby.
This spectacular spot in a steep canyon seems unknown and neglected in tourist
quides, possibly due to the lack of road access.
If you want to get there, you need to get there on foot. It is a spot of real
wilderness, undisturbed by human activity.
Since any excuse to go there again seems a good one - we do not hesitate to show
this unique spot to participants of our workshops
and retreats.
Can you imagine a discussion on The Purpose of Nature near the spot like this?
